Paris Inn is an investment company dedicated to the hotel focused on the Paris area. The company acquires, redevelops and operates hotels in the 2 to 3 stars segment.
The company rose some €30m from the leading international real estate investment fund Pramerica Real Estate Advisors, the real estate investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. of the United States with some $50 billion under management.
Paris Inn has an investment capacity of some €60M. Two hotels of some 150 rooms are already in exclusive negotiation for acquisition.
