SCIAE is a leading independent French based home furniture manufacturer selling its product to large specialist retail chains in Europe. In its market SCIAE is one of the most profitable operators. WAGRAM CF has advised SCIAE over the last years in its financial strategy and arranged some 4 years ago a sponsor less Owner’s Buy Out on the company. WAGRAM CF assisted the shareholders and the company to find a suitable new shareholder base with Orlando, a German private equity investor already active in the same field via its current investments in two German based companies.
