HKScan Oyj, the listed Finland based company engaged in the provision of fresh meat, processed meat, poultry products and convenience foods, has acquired the meat production operations of Järvi-Suomen Portti, the Finland based meat company. With annual net sales of around €65m Järvi-Suomen Portti is the fifth largest meat production company in Finland.
