Columbus IT rights issue of 26,434,873 new shares at a price of DKK 1.90 per share with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders, has successfully been fully subscribed. A minor number of the issued shares (2.82 %) was not subscribed, and hence they were subscribed by the underwriter, Consolidated Holdings A/S.
The result of the rights issue is gross proceeds of DKK 50.2 mill. and net proceeds of approx. DKK 47.9 mill. after expenses.
The total number of shares in Columbus IT after the issue amounts to 105,739,493 shares at a nominal of DKK 1.25. The new shares will be officially listed at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from the 22nd of July 2010 under the ISIN code for the existing shares (DK0010268336).
