This midsized retirement home (90 beds), is specialized in nursing of demented elderly. In the near future, the home will expand through the construction of a new retirement home in Limburg.
This sale was realized for the Vulpia Group, owner of several retirement homes, focusing on improving quality on the one hand and optimizing the efficiency of the management of the retirement homes on the other hand.
