Since 1949 Verachtert Group - Vervaco is a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality embroidery kits. The company exports these kits throughout the world. The Verachtert Group - Vervaco is also a major importer of different products and brands for the hobby sector that are distributed in the Benelux (e.g. quilt- hobby fabrics, embroidery fabrics, haberdashery products, etc.).
The company also has a large production entity in Tunisia. The family wanted to sell the company in order to guarantee the continuity of the company, as the shareholders – managers did not have any successors.
