Hauck & Aufhäuser Investment Banking acted together with JP Morgan, Dresdner Kleinwort, and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg as Co- manager in the initial public offering of Homag at the Frankfurt stock exchange.

In the process up to 6,897,215 shares were issued at a price of €29 to €35 per share. The offering consisted of a public offering in Germany as well as a private placement to certain institutional investors outside Germany, Canada, Australia, Japan and outside the United States.
