ATRIUM Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Altor in the agreed acquisition of Aalborg Industries with Axcel and FIH on the 29th of August 2005. LD continues as co-owner.
Altor sees high potential for a further development of Aalborg Industries’ presence in the ship building markets as well as an improvement of profitability through a continued effort within product development, standardisation and a special focus on after sales.
