ATRIUM Partners acted as financial advisor to COLUMBUS IT Partners in connection with the sale of 40% of the Share capital and issue of a DKK 34 m subordinated loan from Consolidated Holding.
Financial adviser to the Board of Directors of Columbus IT Partner with the purpose of placing new shares and/or existing shares at one or more investors.
Test of interest among Danish and international companies and institutional investors.
Consolidated Holdings was chosen, as they could offer the most attractive combination of financial support to the Company and leaving an up-side to the present shareholders.
Consolidated Holdings acquired almost 40 per cent of the share capital and qua a shareholder agreement over 50 per cent of the voting rights from Nordea and Gaardboe Holding. At the same time Consolidated Holdings granted a subordinated loan amounting to DKK 34 million.
Atrium Partners provided advisory service of an underwriting of a DKK 76 million rights issue planned for first half 2005.
