The continuous concentration among clients and competitors, as well as the constant increase in size of new projects required a future solution with a partner, who would be able to strengthen the capital base and at the same time increase the global sales effort.
Siemens was chosen as one of the best buyers, which was the main reason for a quick and structured sales process at a good price and satisfactory terms and conditions.
The headquarters for Siemens global wind activities, Siemens Windpower will be situated at Bonus Energy in Brande, Denmark and will be the core of Siemens Wind.
