Overall all houses together are as big as a mid size investment bank advisory team (more than 100 professionals), in Europe.
All firms are private partnerships with senior partners coming from the M&A departments of international investment banks such as Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, UBS, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs and Mediobanca.
Each firm has a critical mass of at least 8 M&A advisers with offices in Paris, London, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Antwerp, Milan, Copenhagen and Helsinki in Europe.
The alliance also includes as associated members Wells Fargo a leader in US investment banking, and Kotak Investment Banking the leading independent investment bank in India.
Coordination of the alliance is currently carried out from the Mid-Capital offices in London with Daniel Confino acting as the alliance coordinator.
